Role Description
This role involves creating visually engaging graphics for various platforms while ensuring alignment with brand identity.
- Creating graphics for social media, digital ads, email campaigns, landing pages, and print materials
- Maintaining brand consistency by adhering to guidelines and tailoring designs to the target audience
- Collaborating with the marketing team to translate strategies into compelling visuals
- Designing digital assets optimized for websites, social media, and mobile apps
- Developing print materials that meet print-ready requirements
- Supporting marketing campaigns by creating visual assets that align with campaign objectives
- Editing images and enhancing photos as needed
- Communicating with cross-functional teams to understand project needs
- Managing multiple design projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
- Ensuring quality by reviewing designs for accuracy, consistency, and brand adherence
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience with a strong portfolio)
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience with a portfolio showcasing digital ads, social media graphics, print collateral, and branding
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with other tools is a plus
- Ability to generate unique design concepts while maintaining brand consistency
- Strong understanding of composition, readability, and visual hierarchy
- Experience creating assets for online platforms and print-ready materials
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Attention to detail ensuring design accuracy, quality, and brand alignment
