Role Description
This role involves serving as the focal point for all activities within the Business Unit and driving change and innovation to move the company forward.
- Participating in new client launches, accelerating the process, and ensuring long-term customer success
- Leading strategic initiatives within the Business Unit
- Taking full ownership of business operations and processes
- Managing business and technical programs, as well as teams
- Overseeing vendor management, including content providers
- Applying commercial acumen and common sense to lead negotiations
- Communicating effectively across cross-functional teams within the company
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the betting industry and a strong understanding of B2C operations, such as working as a Sportsbook Manager
- Managing teams of 50+ people, demonstrating strong leadership and people management skills
- Successfully overseeing and executing programs with a proven track record
- Achieving business goals and driving measurable results
- Handling vendor management and fostering productive partnerships
- Management experience in companies with 200+ employees
- Fluent English
