Role Description

This role involves identifying, nurturing, and converting new business opportunities while building long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.

  • Strategic Sales & Business Growth:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets, nurturing relationships to achieve revenue and market share goals.
    • Collaborate closely with the leadership team to develop short- and long-term strategies for business expansion.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Proactively consult with potential clients to understand their lead generation challenges and propose tailored marketing solutions.
    • Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients and partners through regular communication and consistent, high-quality service.
  • Market Analysis & Research:
    • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
    • Analyze potential partnerships and channels to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition opportunities.
  • Proposal Development & Presentation:
    • Craft compelling proposals, presentations, and sales materials that demonstrate the value of lead generation services.
    • Present project scopes, timelines, and budgets to potential clients, effectively communicating ROI and partnership benefits.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination:
    • Partner with internal teams (Account Management, Content, Design, etc.) to ensure seamless handoff and successful project execution post-sale.
    • Provide feedback on client needs, market trends, and industry shifts to inform service offerings and product improvements.
  • Sales Reporting & Pipeline Management:
    • Utilize CRM tools to track progress, measure results, and manage an effective sales pipeline.
    • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management, highlighting key wins, challenges, and overall progress.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 3+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in marketing, advertising, or digital services.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth in a competitive market.
  • Deep understanding of lead generation, digital marketing, and SEO solutions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems.
