Role Description

As a Marketing & Multimedia Designer , you won’t just design — you’ll help shape and roll out a multi-brand rebrand while keeping the content engine running at full speed. From static visuals to motion and AI-assisted workflows, your work will be seen, used, and shipped fast. If you enjoy turning ideas into visuals quickly — without compromising quality — this role gives you the space to create, experiment, and build a portfolio that stands out.

• Support a multi-brand rebrand across various touchpoints.
• Create marketing assets for social media, email, web, and digital collateral.
• Produce motion graphics and short-form video content.
• Deliver high-volume outputs within tight turnaround times.
• Maintain brand consistency across all assets.
• Utilize AI tools to improve design workflow and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years experience in graphic design or similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong Canva skills.
• Experience creating marketing assets (social, email, digital).
• Ability to produce basic motion graphics or animation.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design and motion work.

Requirements

• Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Exposure to AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI).
• Experience working across multiple brands or rebranding projects.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and video-first content.
• Experience supporting email marketing campaigns or digital funnels.
• Experience working with AU or US-based teams.
• Ability to contribute to creative direction.
