Role Description
Ensemble Performing Arts is seeking a creative and adaptable Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist to support our Marketing team across a wide range of design initiatives. This role will create website graphics and wireframes, fulfill school-level design requests, support Ensemble brand initiatives, and take on other creative projects across our portfolio of music and dance schools.
This is the right fit for a designer who works comfortably within established brand systems, brings strong visual judgment and fresh ideas, and does well managing a variety of projects across multiple brands and audiences.
Key Responsibilities

Web Design & Digital Assets:

Create web graphics and digital assets for Ensemble Performing Arts and its schools, preparing and optimizing files for usability, accessibility, responsive design, and file size.

Support website builds, redesigns, and ongoing enhancements, including wireframes, page layouts, visual concepts, and design recommendations.

School-Level Marketing Support:

Fulfill design requests for individual schools, including promotional graphics, flyers, event materials, social graphics, digital ads, and other marketing collateral.

Adapt established brand systems and templates for each school while preserving its unique identity.

Ensemble Brand & Creative Projects:

Support Ensemble-level branding initiatives, campaigns, presentations, and other internal and external creative projects.

Partner with the Principal Creative/Content Strategist to execute creative concepts and maintain brand consistency.

Design Systems & Project Management:

Help create and maintain reusable templates, graphics, and design systems that improve efficiency and consistency.

Manage multiple projects and priorities, from planned initiatives to quick-turn requests, while incorporating feedback from multiple stakeholders and upholding strong design standards.

Qualifications

1β3+ years of professional graphic design, marketing design, or related experience.

A strong portfolio showing digital design, branding, marketing collateral, and web-related work.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or comparable design tools.

Experience designing for websites, an understanding of responsive design principles, and familiarity with accessibility best practices.

Strong typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy skills.

Experience creating website wireframes or working alongside web developers.

Experience supporting a multi-location, franchise, education, agency, or multi-brand organization.

Experience building templates or scalable design systems, and supporting ongoing campaigns and brand development.

Motion graphics, video editing, illustration, or other complementary creative skills are a plus.
Compensation & Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $60,000β$70,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
