Role Description

The role involves owning the design craft and ensuring brand consistency across all assets, channels, and markets. Key responsibilities include:

• Design craft:
  • The look and feel of everything that goes out.
  • Quality bar for all outputs.
  • Design systems, templates, and components that scale with volume.
• Go-to-market output:
  • Landing pages tailored for specific brands or pitches.
  • Presentations including pitch decks, proposals, and campaign narratives.
  • Sales and marketing collateral such as one-pagers, case studies, outbound assets, microsites, and social media content.
• AI production capability:
  • Mastering existing AI tools and workflows.
  • Using AI to speed up output significantly.
  • Creating reusable systems from one-off assets.

Qualifications

• Strong design depth in typography, layout, hierarchy, color, grid, and motion.
• Ability to articulate the thinking behind design work.
• Proficiency in traditional design tools such as Figma and Adobe.
• Ability to defend design choices in a way that resonates with marketing leads.
