Role Description
We are looking for a
Part-Time Marketing / Brand Designer
to elevate the quality of Syenta’s external communications. This role is highly output-driven and critical to supporting high-stakes fundraising, sales, website, recruiting, and brand communications.
You’ll work closely with leadership to:

Design clean, compelling decks, one-pagers, and digital assets

Build scalable visual systems that reinforce our brand

Support Syenta’s public communications

Draft and coordinate content for LinkedIn posts, blog articles, social media, and press releases in collaboration with leadership and external advisors

Responsibilities

Redesign and polish fundraising decks (Series A/B/C style narratives and visuals)

Build a consistent visual system, including typography, layout rules, and components

Create templates for repeatable materials (deck modules, one-pagers, and documents)

Improve website design and collaborate on implementation if relevant

Produce sales collateral such as one-pagers, case-study templates, and product explainer slides

Develop recruiting assets and employer brand visuals as needed

Translate complex technical concepts into clear visuals and diagrams

Support Syenta’s external communications by drafting and designing content for LinkedIn, blog posts, social media, and press releases

Coordinate with leadership and external advisors (PR, communications, or marketing partners) to prepare and publish company announcements and media materials
Qualifications

5+ years in brand, marketing, or pitch design (startup or B2B preferred)

Strong portfolio demonstrating fundraising, sales, or high-stakes storytelling outputs

Ability to design for clarity, persuasion, and impact for investor, sales, and candidate audiences

Experience building scalable design systems or templates

Comfortable working autonomously with high output in a remote or hybrid setup
Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting fundraising or investor communications

Background in startup or high-growth marketing environments

Familiarity with digital and web design tools (Webflow, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)

Ability to simplify technical or complex concepts into visual storytelling
Benefits

Salary: $90,000–$120,000 per year full-time equivalent (FTE), depending on experience and startup stage. Actual pay will be pro-rated for part-time hours, 2–4 days per week (0.4–0.8 FTE).
