[Hiring] Lead Product Designer @Robert Half

Role Description

As a Lead Product Designer, you’ll be part of a product “squad” and involved in all aspects of the product design process:

• Framing problems
• Understanding human behavior through design research
• Conceptualizing and prototyping early ideas
• Helping envision future “north star” directions
• Creating high-res designs and workflows
• Collaborating highly with product management, engineering, and peers

Qualifications

• High degree of craft for all aspects of product design: user research, prototyping, interaction and visual design
• Collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, and user research to create a vision for your product area
• Expert knowledge in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Capacity to create innovative end-to-end experiences across multiple channels (including web and mobile)
• Experience using analytics, user research, and other approaches to help make decisions and iterate on the product
• Experience working with, designing, or maintaining design systems
• Experience working with distributed teams
• Experience working with product management and engineering teams
• Experience leading or facilitating workshops, design sprints, and design studios

• Drive meaningful product outcomes working closely with Product and Engineering peers
• Collaborate and communicate design effectively across multiple functions in the organization
• Ability to influence others and build consensus, while dealing with ambiguity
• Systems thinker and ability to see the whole ecosystem and provide solutions that better the entire user flow
• Be perceived as a leader in your “squad” that advocates for and applies human-centered design practices
