Role Description

Are you looking to shape how users experience digital twins, immersive applications, and real-time 3D simulation environments? We’re seeking an Immersive Artist to create high-fidelity 3D content and visual experiences that bring complex spatial environments to life across game-based and real-time platforms.

• Develop artwork for applications and demonstrations that play an important role in how clients meet their missions.
• Expand skills and experience in developing and delivering photo-realistic 3D environments and models using industry software, including Maya, ZBrush, and 3DS Max.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to research, envision, and produce high-end 3D assets, visual graphics, and UI elements for interactive simulations.
• Craft environments, props, materials, and immersive visuals that improve clarity, usability, and engagement.
• Develop both in-game and pre-rendered quality environments for a variety of styles, including realistic geo-specific and general interior.
• Learn lighting techniques and visual effects (VFX) while supporting and encouraging professional and artistic growth.
• Help the team explore new augmented reality, virtual reality, and mixed reality technology and their capabilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience creating high-fidelity assets for 3D immersive environments.
• Experience with Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush, or Substance.
• Ability to work efficiently on multiple projects within Agile development.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Requirements

• Experience with XR, simulations, or gaming platforms.
• Experience with Unity, Unreal, or related real-time engines.
