Role Description

We are looking for a versatile, fast-paced Graphic & Presentation Designer to join our team for 20 - 40 hours per month. This role is perfect for a seasoned freelancer or a production-focused designer who excels at turning complex information into visually compelling stories. You will be responsible for the "last mile" of our content—taking raw drafts and data and polishing them into high-stakes PowerPoint decks, professional white papers, and engaging social media assets.

Key Deliverables

• PowerPoint Design : Transforming rough outlines into client-ready presentations. This includes data visualization, and "quick-turn" polishing of existing decks.
• Long-form Layouts : Designing multi-page white papers, eBooks, and guides that are both beautiful and easy to read.
• Infographics : Translating data and abstract concepts into clear, digestible visual graphics.
• Social Media Assets : Creating templates and one-off graphics for LinkedIn and other channels.
• Brand Stewardship : Ensuring every asset produced is strictly aligned with our brand identity and style guidelines.

Qualifications

• Mastery of PowerPoint : Deep knowledge of master slides, theme colors, and building "bulletproof" decks that non-designers can use.
• Adobe Creative Suite : Expert-level skills in InDesign (layout), Illustrator (vector/infographics), and Photoshop.
• Data Visualization : A proven ability to turn spreadsheets into meaningful charts and diagrams.
• Portfolio : Must show examples of presentation design, multi-page document layouts, and landing pages. (not just logos or social ads).

Requirements

• Availability : We require a consistent presence. Ideally, hours are spread across 3 days per week to ensure we can meet "quick turnaround" needs.
• Communication : We use Teams/Email/Asana. You must be responsive during agreed-upon working hours.
• Efficiency : Because this is a 20-40-hour-a-month role, we value designers who can accurately estimate their time and hit deadlines without multiple rounds of revision.

• An Efficient Communicator : You know how to ask the right questions upfront to avoid wasted time.
• Synthesizer : You can read a paragraph of text and visualize the best way to represent it graphically.
