Role Description

C2’s client, a Milwaukee-based life insurance organization serving more than 200,000 members, seeks a part-time Graphic Designer to give its family of brands dedicated, experienced design support. The organization’s purpose is to help members build financial security and strengthen their communities. Each brand in the family carries its own identity, traditions, and community mission, and together they power the organization’s vision of the NextGen fraternal society.

This role gives the brand portfolio a dedicated designer, so every initiative, including the website, keeps moving. The client is reviewing portfolios now for a January 2027 start and will meet its top five candidates.

The right designer brings real professional experience and a portfolio that proves it, and owns work from first concept through final print with minimal direction. Steady, organized designers who enjoy partnering with printers and balancing requests across multiple brands thrive here.

Qualifications

• Professional graphic design experience beyond entry level
• Portfolio that verifies the depth of your work
• Track record coordinating print jobs directly with commercial printers
• Ability to produce PowerPoint presentations and infographics at a polished, presentation-ready standard
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud
• Confidence navigating Asana and the Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to manage a part-time workload of around 20 hours per week independently

Requirements

Benefits

• Compensation: $28–35/hr
• Remote work with optional in-office work at any of the client’s three office locations
