Role Description

Our client is looking for a talented Graphic Designer with strong experience creating high-performing ad creatives for paid media campaigns.

• Design high-performing ad creatives for Meta and Google campaigns
• Develop static and potentially motion-based ad variations
• Collaborate with media buyers to iterate and optimize creatives
• Work within brand guidelines while testing new visual approaches
• Contribute ideas that improve creative performance and engagement

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience in graphic design
• Strong portfolio showcasing paid media ad creatives
• Experience designing performance-driven ads (not just branding)
• Understanding of digital marketing and conversion principles
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced English level
