Role Description

We're seeking an efficient, tech-savvy graphic designer based in Latin America to join our team as a dedicated hourly contractor. This is an opportunity to work with a forward-thinking agency that values speed, quality, and modern design workflows, with potential to transition into a full-time role.

This is a dedicated contractor position with consistent, ongoing work. You'll be an integral part of our creative team, working regular hours (not sporadic project-based work). The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow with us and potentially transition to a full-time position.

What You'll Do

• Develop static and motion-based designs for digital ads, social content, websites, landing pages, and print materials
• Translate design briefs into polished, brand-aligned visuals from concept through final execution
• Create animated display ads
• Design video assets for campaigns
• Handle full design workflow: concepting, design, resizing, and final delivery
• Work directly with project managers to understand briefs and deliver on deadlines
• Organize and manage working files efficiently (Dropbox, ClickUp familiarity a plus)
• Provide quick turnarounds while maintaining quality standards
• Remain flexible and professional when incorporating feedback
• Use Figma efficiently for design work (Figma Variables knowledge is a strong plus)
• Integrate AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Figma AI, Canva Magic) to speed up ideation and production
• Demonstrate efficient, scalable design processes
• Stay current with design trends and tools

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency or freelance)
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital ad design, social media content, and marketing collateral
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Animate, Premiere Pro)
• Advanced Figma skills - this is critical
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to commit to regular, consistent hours (this is not sporadic project work)
