Role Description
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Graphic Designer eager to grow in their career and enhance their skills. If you're passionate about design and looking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, creative environment, they invite you to join this innovative team.
As a Graphic Designer, you will:
- Create and update calendar templates in InDesign
- Design front cover titles and add captions or quotes in collaboration with the editorial team
- Design themed calendars
- Update Amazon product pages
- Lead special projects like new product designs
- Provide design direction for websites and Shopify stores
- Streamline internal processes to improve team efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design (Advantageous)
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer
- Strong portfolio as a Graphic Designer or a similar role
- Experience in print media, preferably with a print magazine background
- Experience in using graphic design software such as Adobe InDesign (Highly preferred)
- Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator (Advantageous)
- Experience in using project management and communication tools such as Google Drive, Trello, and Slack (Advantageous)
- Comfortable with generating, developing, and communicating new ideas
- Able to give and receive constructive feedback
- Confident working independently and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Critical thinker and able to decide the best design for a project
- Able to review your own work to correct typos and verify that requested edits have been made
- Fluent in English and able to collaborate with a global team
- Highly creative, flexible, and reliable
- Attention to detail and great organizational skills
Requirements
- Remote setup with a strong and reliable Internet connection and backup plans for both internet and electricity
