Role Description
Hello, we’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our Website team! In this role, you’ll improve the look and feel of our website by creating eye-catching visuals that enhance the user experience and represent our brand across all digital platforms.
- Define and maintain visual guidelines for website assets to ensure consistency and visual harmony across all pages.
- Create high-quality website visuals that align with our brand, enhance user engagement and make complex information easy to understand.
- Collaborate closely with the Website and Creative Teams to produce assets that support key business goals, particularly around Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Keep up with the latest design and web trends to ensure our website remains fresh, modern, and appealing.
- Perform visual audits of website pages to identify and implement opportunities for improved design.
- Contribute to our broader design system, ensuring visual cohesion across teams and platforms.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably with a focus on website and digital design.
- A strong online portfolio showcasing your skills in web graphics, layout, illustration, and branding.
- A keen eye for detail, layout, color, and typography.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly present and explain your design choices.
- Strong skills in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
- A proactive, self-motivated approach to problem-solving and design challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, feedback-rich environment.
