Role Description
Your role at Hostinger involves being an experienced senior partnerships manager for India. You’ll be in charge of:
- Identifying, recruiting, and engaging potential partners: influencers, affiliates, and B2B.
- Building and systematically managing a pipeline of new potential partnerships.
- Conducting negotiations both internally and externally to materialize high-impact deals.
- Nurturing existing relationships with partners to deepen partnerships, enable growth, and increase sales.
- Running and monitoring partners' marketing campaigns.
- Handling multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Measuring, analyzing, and optimizing performance.
- Reporting and identifying areas of new opportunities.
- Leveraging data to drive actionable decisions that inform and help the business grow.
- Reporting on goals progress, forecasts, results, and challenges.
Qualifications
- Proven experience of working with digital performance marketing.
- Proven experience in partnerships management (influencer, B2B, and affiliate marketing).
- Sharp sales and analytical skills, including proficiency in using web and data analytic tools.
- High attentiveness to details combined with proactiveness.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative yet demanding team environment.
- Perfect spoken and written communication in English and Hindi.
- Experience working with international tech/digital products would be a plus.
