Role Description
Real is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our fast-growing, innovative team. As a key member of our creative team, you will play an essential role in shaping the visual identity of Real's brand across multiple platforms.
- Create visually compelling designs for digital, print, and social media, including marketing collateral, event assets, and presentations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and sales) to develop visual solutions that align with Real’s brand and strategic goals.
- Conceptualize and execute original design solutions for web pages, email campaigns, promotional materials, and social media content.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Ensure consistency in brand application across various platforms, including web, print, social, and internal communications.
- Contribute to the development of Real’s visual style guide, design systems, and creative direction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and design innovations, ensuring that Real remains at the forefront of visual excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or certification in Graphic Design, UX/UI, HCI, Motion Design, Art Direction, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably with a focus on digital, print, and social media.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design expertise, and technical skills across a variety of mediums.
Requirements
- Expert-level proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Asana, and Google Suite.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts.
- Attention to detail and a passion for ensuring high-quality, pixel-perfect designs.
