[Hiring] Creative Producer @Neuemotion

Role Description

Neuemotion is seeking a Creative Producer, fluent in design and motion graphics–equally at home laying out banner ads as they are animating a logo end card. Reporting to the Head of JAPAC, the ideal candidate is a creative self-starter with a social/digital-first mindset, experienced with producing advertising content across a diverse range of online platforms. You’ll be the engine behind a steady pipeline of client work for major global brands, while also having room to flex your creative muscles on Neuemotion’s own JAPAC brand presence and internal initiatives. This role is built to grow. We're looking for someone who wants to build on strong execution with creative leadership—directing other creatives, owning quality across a portfolio of work, and shaping initiatives that go beyond any single brief.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Motion: Produce static and motion assets ranging from single-image ads and carousels to animated motion graphics pieces.
• Work across a diverse, rotating client roster, adapting quickly to a wide range of creative styles and brand guidelines while keeping layout, typography, and visual treatment consistent from static to video.
• Optimize for mobile-first placements, with a focus on thumb-stopping creative.
• Video Editing: Log and edit social-first video content from shot or provided footage inclusive of color correction, audio mixing, and basic VFX.
• Creative Ideation & Basic Copywriting: Interpret client briefs and existing brand assets to develop creative concepts grounded in campaign objectives, platform specs, and creative best practices.
• Proofread all in-asset copy for spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
• Project & Asset Management: Ensure all video assets are delivered on time and formatted correctly for different platforms.
• Estimate time requirements for projects and communicate progress effectively.
• Assist in creating storyboards and mock-ups for internal and client projects.

Qualifications

• Experience working on set for photo/video shoots.
• Passion for social media marketing.
• Understanding of the marketing ecosystem.
• Previous agency or brand-side experience.
• Experience working with enterprise level brands.
• Knowledge of marketing campaign Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Desire to uplevel into creative direction and people management.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Asia Pacific region.
• 5 years of professional experience in design, motion graphics, and video editing.
• Adobe Suite proficiency (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign).
• Experienced with Frame.io and LucidLink. Asana and Smartsheet proficiency are also welcome.
• Portfolio of work showcasing required skills.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in graphic design, digital media, film, or marketing, or an additional years of equivalent experience in professional creative agency in lieu of a degree.
• English language proficiency (native).
