[Hiring] Creative Director @HIKINEX

Role Description

We're looking for a Creative Director who can establish world-class creative standards, lead our creative team, and ensure every deliverable reflects excellence. This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys building creative systems, mentoring people, making creative decisions, and continuously improving quality.

As the Creative Director, you will own the creative vision and quality of the entire Marketing Department. You will:

• Define creative direction, establish brand standards, mentor designers, review creative work, and ensure every project aligns with HIKINEX's visual identity and business goals.
• Work across multiple brands, software products, websites, presentations, videos, training materials, and marketing campaigns.
• Help shape our future creative services by supporting client-facing branding, marketing, and creative initiatives.
• Take ownership of the creative function, build scalable creative processes, raise the quality of every deliverable, and help grow the Marketing Department into a world-class creative team.

Qualifications

• Exceptional visual design and creative direction skills.
• Strong understanding of branding, visual identity, and brand strategy.
• Experience leading and mentoring creative teams.
• Strong storytelling and presentation design skills.
• Deep understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, composition, and color theory.
• Experience designing websites, landing pages, and digital experiences.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong creative problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in creative design, branding, or creative leadership.
• 2+ years leading or mentoring creative teams.
• Experience working with technology, SaaS, B2B, recruiting, software, or startup companies is preferred.
• Proven experience managing multiple brands and creative projects simultaneously.
