Role Description

Are you a highly skilled, conversion-focused Creative Designer who thrives at the intersection of great brand aesthetic and high-performance digital commerce? We are seeking a full-time Creative Designer (Ecommerce & Brand) based in LATAM or the Philippines to own visual execution across web, email, and paid social for a fast-growing, "better-for-you" food brand!

Key Responsibilities

• Ecommerce & Campaign Design: Build conversion-optimized DTC digital assets for website banners, email campaigns (Klaviyo), and paid social ads (Meta, TikTok). Partner with the marketing team to concept and execute visual assets for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and sales promotions.
• Brand Execution & Mobile-First UX: Translate brand guidelines into thumb-stopping, modern creatives built strictly for mobile screens first. Maintain visual consistency and brand integrity across every customer digital touchpoint.
• Retail Pitch & Deck Support: Design polished, brand-forward B2B pitch decks and presentations in PowerPoint or Keynote to help win and expand retail grocery partnerships.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with copywriters, photographers, and growth marketers to iterate rapidly on ad concepts and creative tests.

Qualifications

• Experience & Portfolio: 3–5 years of graphic design experience with a strong, proven portfolio in DTC e-commerce. Clean, modern, and elevated aesthetic sensibility is non-negotiable.
• Technical Mastery: Advanced command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. Meticulous eye for detail—zero tolerance for misaligned elements, typos, or off-palette color codes.
• Mobile-First Design: Proven expertise designing specifically for mobile viewports, email newsletters, and paid social performance creative (not just static desktop pages).
• Speed & Quality: Ability to manage multiple asset deliverables across simultaneous campaigns without compromising polish.

Preferred Pluses

• Prior experience in Food, Beverage, or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).
• Familiarity with Shopify page sections, Klaviyo email templates, or headless web builders.
• Experience creating motion graphics, short video cuts, or lightweight animated GIFs for social/email.
• Experience directing or working with User Generated Content (UGC) and product photography.

• C1 English level is required. The selected candidate will be speaking strictly in English during their whole shift.

Benefits

• Salary: Philippines: $1,600 – $1,700 USD / month (Competitive rates available for LATAM candidates).
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Flexible (PST alignment).
