[Hiring] AI Creative Director @MACH10

Role Description

MACH10 is scaling ceramic coating and automotive detailing nationwide. We need someone to run our video creative who is, first and foremost, a great editor — and second, one of the people actively pushing what AI production can do right now.

This is not a "prompt guy" role, and it's not a traditional editor role. We want a career professional editor who has spent the last couple of years figuring out how far AI tools can go.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years as a professional video editor.
• Paid, professional work — not hobby, school, or freelance gigs stitched together.
• Proven tenure.
• A real portfolio, attached. No portfolio, no review.

Requirements

• Exceptional editing skills.
• Instinct for pacing, story, sound design, color, rhythm, and retention.
• Experience with AI production tools, particularly Higgsfield.
• Ability to blend AI generation with real footage seamlessly.
• Understanding of organic content and brand development.
• Creative strategy and copywriting skills.
• Production coordination capabilities.
• Experience with performance creative on Meta (a plus).

Benefits

• Talented, intense, interesting co-workers.
• Real ownership of how the brand looks and feels.
• A budget for tools.
• Room to define the role as AI production evolves.
• If you love cars, even better.

Hiring Process

• Application — expect it to take 30+ minutes. That's intentional.
• Paid test project — if your application is approved, you'll automatically receive a paid project.
• CEO interview — for the strongest projects.

Compensation

$1,500–$3,000 USD/month, based on experience. Applications without an attached portfolio, or with incomplete answers, will not be reviewed.
