Role Description

We are looking for a Concept Artist to join our team and help one of our partners shape a universe rich in memorable characters, creatures, costumes, weapons, and gear. If you are an artist passionate about bold shapes, striking silhouettes, creating original costumes, and exploring a stylized fantasy aesthetic, we would love to see your work.

Qualifications

• Desired art style: Stylized fantasy.
• Visual reference: In the visual vein of "Tribes of Midgard."
• Mastery of stylized shapes, color theory, and silhouette readability.

Requirements

• Concept art experience in the video game industry.
• Strong foundations in character design, anatomy, proportions, costume/armor layering, and color theory.
• Ability to iterate quickly based on feedback from the client and the Art Lead.
• Experience producing production-ready callout sheets (materials, patterns, breakdown of dynamic elements).
• Primary software: Adobe Photoshop.
• Bonus software: Blender.
• Strong affinity for stylized fantasy, Action-RPGs, top-down games, and adventure games.
• Solid understanding of pipeline constraints for creating real-time, stylized 3D character assets.
