Role Description

We are looking for a highly talented and innovative AI Animator to join our growing creative team. This role sits at the intersection of animation, storytelling, and cutting-edge AI technologies, and is ideal for someone who is passionate about redefining how animated content is created.

As an AI Animator, you will create premium-quality video content using a combination of strong animation fundamentals, cinematic sensibility, and advanced AI workflows, striving for a level of quality comparable to feature animation productions. You will play a key role in shaping both the creative output and the evolving production methodologies of AI-driven animation.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality animated videos using AI-driven tools and workflows
• Translate creative briefs, concepts, and storyboards into compelling cinematic sequences
• Apply strong fundamentals of direction, composition, camera language, editing, lighting, and color
• Bring characters to life with a strong understanding of acting and performance in animation
• Ensure a high level of character consistency across shots and sequences
• Refine and elevate generated outputs through post-production, compositing, and video editing
• Combine and polish multiple generated clips into cohesive, high-end final videos
• Work with both text-based and node-based AI tools as part of the creative pipeline
• Collaborate closely with artists, creative leads, and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve the highest visual bar
• Continuously explore and integrate new AI tools and workflows into production
• Help define best practices and workflows for AI animation creation within the team

Qualifications

• Academic background in Animation / Film / Visual Arts or equivalent
• Proven professional experience in the field of animation
• Strong understanding of:
  • Direction and visual storytelling
  • Composition and cinematic framing
  • Camera work and shot design
  • Editing, pacing, and timing
  • Lighting and color
  • Acting and performance in animation
  • Style and character consistency
• Strong artistic eye for characters, with the ability to maintain character consistency across AI-generated shots
• Hands-on experience working with AI video creation tools, including both text-based and node-based workflows
• Good understanding of sound design and creating soundtrack music using AI tools
• Strong proficiency in After Effects and video editing workflows
• Ability to take a shot to final polish, including color correction, titles, transitions, and compositing multiple videos together
• High visual standards and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, experiment quickly, and iterate toward top-quality results

Requirements

• Experience in feature animation, cinematic content, or high-end marketing videos
• Experience in game development or mobile gaming
• Familiarity with AI-based creative pipelines and emerging video-generation tools
• Experience building efficient workflows across ideation, generation, editing, and final delivery
