Role Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop brand identities, including logos, typography, colour palettes, visual language systems and other related artefacts.
• Translate brand strategies into compelling visual assets that convey key messages and evoke emotional connections with audiences.
• Design brand applications across print, digital, environmental, and experiential platforms, ensuring consistency and coherence.
• Present design concepts and rationale to clients, incorporating feedback and iterating on designs as needed.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative and inclusive studio culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 4-8 years of experience in brand design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual identity systems and brand applications.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with other prototyping tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).
• Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate abstract ideas into compelling visual solutions.
