Role Description
This role involves working with art directors to conceive and execute concepts, presenting work with comprehensive knowledge, and establishing productive rapport with clients.
- Leads the creative development of multiple brands, ensuring strategic intent is achieved through creative.
- Works with art and copy teams at job initiation to ensure creative development aligns with project brief deliverables.
- Partners with a writer to develop compelling creative concepts.
- Oversees development of concepts once handed off to the writer.
- Evaluates others' work based on core criteria: on brand, on strategy, clear and compelling, extendable.
- Presents to and communicates with clients without supervision.
- Responsible for informing AT/PM team when inadequate information exists for a particular ask.
- Builds strong relationships with agency team members and clients.
- Delivers constructive feedback early and often.
- Engages in strategic conversations with clients.
- Participates in new business development opportunities with established clients.
- Develops a sound understanding of agency experience and capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above required
- 7+ years in advertising required; healthcare (device/pharmaceutical) focus preferred

- May require travel domestically and/or internationally including overnight stays
