Role Description

Are you a fast, detail-oriented architectural visualization specialist who enjoys creating high-quality renderings that bring residential projects to life? We’re looking for a 3D Architect Artist to support a California-based client focused on high-end residential architecture. This is a flexible, project-based role with the opportunity for recurring collaboration based on project demand.

What you’ll do:

• Produce photorealistic architectural renderings for residential projects.
• Create high-quality interior and exterior visualizations.
• Develop conceptual renderings during early design phases.
• Generate presentation materials for client meetings.
• Produce marketing imagery for the company’s website and promotional materials.
• Assist with visualization for remodeling and renovation concepts.
• Create alternative material and façade studies from sketches, reference photos, or Revit models.
• Work from existing BIM models provided by the client.
• Produce high-quality interior renderings for Construction Document (CD) phases.
• Deliver visualization packages and implement revisions based on client feedback.
• Interpret design intent and translate it into accurate, compelling visualizations.
• Support multiple project deliverables while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Quickly implement feedback, updates, and design revisions.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Proven experience as a 3D Architect Artist, Architectural Visualizer, or Rendering Specialist.
• 3+ years of experience.
• Advanced English level.
• Strong proficiency in Revit.
• Solid experience producing renderings using Enscape.
• Demonstrated experience creating photorealistic architectural visualizations.
• Strong understanding of architectural materials, lighting, composition, and interior visualization.
• Experience working on high-end single-family residential projects.
• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality visual output.
• Experience using AI visualization tools for rendering enhancement is a plus.
• Ability to create conceptual visualizations from sketches or reference images is a plus.
• Portfolio showcasing both client presentation visuals and marketing-quality imagery.
• Availability to work on a flexible, project-based schedule with the possibility of recurring collaboration.
