Role Description
- Lead and manage a team of 2D Artists, ensuring product quality and timelines.
- Define artistic styles suitable for international markets.
- Collaborate with departments to develop products.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience as a 2D Artist.
- Strong illustration skills, especially with Illustrator.
- Minimum of 3 years of team management experience.
- Knowledgeable about design trends and art styles in Europe and America.
- Prior experience in book illustration is preferred.
