Role Description

The Growth Enablement Team is the connective tissue of our Growth organization: we don't optimize a single funnel stage, we build the foundations that let every Growth squad (Acquisition, Activation & Retention, Sales, and Partnerships) move faster, measure better, and experiment with confidence.

As a Senior Growth Data Analyst, you'll sit at the intersection of marketing technology, data engineering, and growth analytics, spearheading:

• Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM)
• Advanced data modeling
• Campaign performance insights that directly shape multi-channel marketing investment and revenue growth

You will own advanced analytics frameworks end-to-end, mentor peers, and set the standard for data quality across the growth org.

Qualifications

• Crafts compelling presentations that connect technical or functional insights to business outcomes
• Synthesizes complex datasets into concise insights that guide decision makers
• Translates strategic goals into operational decisions and trade-offs
• Anticipates problems before they escalate and proactively mitigates risks
• Anticipates stakeholder concerns and proactively addresses them
• Direct hands-on experience with at least one of MMM or incrementality testing
• Ability to write advanced, production-grade code and build robust data models

Requirements

• Design, calibrate, and maintain Marketing Mix Models to quantify cross-channel marketing performance
• Architect scalable data models and analytical schemas
• Conduct deep-dive exploratory analytics across acquisition channels
• Use AI tools to accelerate analysis and automate reporting workflows
• Design and implement measurement and incrementality frameworks
• Design measurement frameworks for AI search visibility
• Synthesize complex quantitative findings into clear visual artifacts
• Own Lodgify's full measurement stack
• Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Finance teams
• Establish data documentation, reporting standards, and visualization guidelines
