[Hiring] Senior Business Analyst @Jeeves

Role Description

We're looking for a hands-on Senior Business Analyst to own the data foundation and build on it. In your first months, you'll lead the work to connect and validate external data, clean up consent records, and turn manual processes into repeatable ones. You'll use that data to shape credit policy, including:

• Underwriting criteria
• Credit limit strategies
• Portfolio monitoring
• Early-warning signals to catch losses before they happen

This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who enjoys working directly with data. You'll collaborate closely with data science, engineering, product, collections, and sales, directly influencing how Jeeves makes credit decisions as we scale.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of analytics experience in credit risk, with hands-on work on commercial or SMB credit in cards, payments, lending, or a related industry
• Advanced SQL skills
• Working proficiency in Python for analysis and statistical modeling
• Experience with version control (e.g., GitHub) is a plus
• Direct experience with external or alternative data sources
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini
• A track record of turning analysis into credit policy or strategy changes with measurable results
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Professional fluency in English
• Able to work with meaningful overlap with Latin American business hours

• Build early-warning signals and monitoring routines
• Apply statistical methods to uncover risk drivers
• Develop, validate, and monitor credit risk models
• Use AI tools to support your analysis
