Role Description

• As a senior analyst on complex programs, work with business stakeholders to elicit and document requirements.
• Collaborate on process models with an understanding of system capabilities.
• Analyze data needs and assist in evaluating solutions.
• Ensure appropriate testing against requirements.
• Work collaboratively within the Business Transformation team and with key colleagues across the firm, including the Technology team and business subject matter experts.
• Document functional, data, and technical requirements.
• Assist the project manager in defining project tasks and business cases.
• Facilitate workshops with both business and technical colleagues to gather information for the development of technical requirements.
• Manage the prioritization of requirements for changes to our core systems.
• Develop UAT test plans and support UAT with Business stakeholders.
• Oversee data mapping for integration activity between applications.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other members of the cross-functional team.
• Guide and mentor junior team members, helping ensure consistency and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years' experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Diploma/Degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Experience in Waterfall and Agile-based projects.
• Ability to work with Business Process models (BPMN).
• Experience with User Interface and User Experience (UX) design, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Ability to support multiple projects concurrently, balancing deliverables, and prioritizing across projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Resourcefulness and creative problem-solving skills.
