[Hiring] Lead Business Analyst @EPAM Systems

Role Description

We are seeking a Lead Oracle ERP (NetSuite) expert to lead revenue recognition strategy and delivery, combining deep accounting knowledge with hands-on NetSuite configuration and development. You will collaborate with stakeholders, design and implement solutions with testing, and support production operations.

• Lead revenue recognition solution strategy using native NetSuite capabilities as the default approach
• Design end-to-end NetSuite revenue recognition and Order to Cash solutions using ARM features and functions
• Elicit requirements from stakeholders and probe pain points to define clear, responsive recommendations
• Document functional specifications and produce high-quality design documentation
• Build demo code and production-ready SuiteScript solutions, including RESTlets when needed
• Implement unit tests and follow project standards across the full SDLC
• Support post-production NetSuite ERP operations with a focus on revenue recognition reliability
• Coordinate with developers, QA, and analysts to align delivery, testing, and release readiness
• Assess item catalog structure, record structures, and NetSuite internals to ensure scalable designs
• Communicate progress, risks, and solution tradeoffs clearly to diverse stakeholders
• Operate effectively in a remote cadence with daily availability aligned to 8am–5pm ET

Qualifications

• 5+ years of NetSuite ERP experience with Order to Cash and core internals
• Revenue recognition experience with NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management (ARM)
• Lead-level ownership and self-direction with minimal supervision
• Hands-on solution design experience including functional specifications and design documentation
• Strong NetSuite development skills with scripts and RESTlets
• Strong testing and verification skills including unit testing and SDLC discipline
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and strong stakeholder collaboration
• Advanced English proficiency (C1, Advanced)

• NetSuite certifications with focus on development or revenue recognition
• Atlassian Jira experience for delivery tracking and workflow management
• Atlassian Confluence experience for structured documentation and knowledge sharing
• GitHub experience including branching workflows and pull requests
• Software Development Methodologies experience supporting full SDLC delivery
