Role Description
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping our company’s strategic direction through data-driven insights and performance analysis. Your expertise will guide leadership, optimize financial outcomes, and help drive revenue growth. You will report into the Senior Reporting Manager.

- Provide strategic advice to senior leadership and revenue owners on business performance and growth opportunities.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses and uncover insights to accelerate business growth and increase operational efficiency.
- Drive a data-driven culture across Jimdo, ensuring that analytics fuel decision-making.
- Build and optimize self-service data capabilities so teams can access insights independently.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&A, and Analytics teams to align strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills – experience with SQL, Tableau (or similar), and key business metrics.
- Expertise in data-driven decision-making – customer segmentation, LTV analysis, and data exploration.
- Excellent communication & presentation – translating complex insights into clear recommendations.
- Business acumen – a deep understanding of SaaS revenue models and commercial strategy.
- Self-driven and impact-oriented mindset – you proactively identify and drive improvements.
