Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and a proven track record of working with international clients.
- Collaborate with international clients to understand business objectives and requirements.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to define Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs).
- Develop and prioritize user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria to align with business needs.
- Work closely with developers, designers, and project managers to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Identify and analyze business processes to suggest areas for improvement and optimization.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings for requirement gathering and feedback.
- Ensure adherence to data governance, compliance, and security best practices.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure smooth implementation of solutions.
- Provide continuous support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in business analysis methodologies and best practices.
- Hands-on experience in writing BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira, Trello.
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts, frameworks, and tools (i.e., TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs).
- Basic understanding of programming languages like Python, R, and data structures.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and statistical modeling.
- Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and AI ethics.
- Experience in stakeholder interviews and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable insights.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI-driven solutions and their implementation.
- Strong expertise in workflow documentation and business process mapping.
- Familiarity with data analytics, automation, and predictive modeling.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming and its applications in data science.
