[Hiring] MICS-EMIS Data Analyst Consultant @AGORA

Role Description

This assignment aims to support UNICEF’s MICS-EMIS initiative by integrating and analyzing education administrative data and household survey data to provide a more comprehensive understanding of enrolment, progression and learning outcomes.

• The consultant will acquire, clean and standardize education datasets from multiple countries.
• Link them with MICS data.
• Generate analytical insights.
• Develop reproducible processes and tools that can be scaled and applied across additional countries.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in economics, Development Studies, Public Policy, Data Processing, Data Science.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience working with data analysis, building pipelines.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience working with NSO.
• Experience working with household survey data or large-scale national/international assessment datasets (e.g., MICS, DHS).

Desirables

• Prior experience working with UNICEF or other UNICEF/UN data collection systems.
