Role Description
We’re seeking a Digital Business Analyst to lead digital transformation and growth for our clients, with a deep analytical background and understanding of the Swiss business landscape and its unique challenges.
- Identify growth opportunities for clients, including marketing and sales-related opportunities, as well as digital product and tech possibilities.
- Work closely with senior account and project managers and partners.
- Derive insights and a growth strategy from available data and client briefings.
- Understand various business models and leverage data to deliver innovative solutions.
- Guide clients with presentations toward impactful change.
- Pull cross-functional resources and synthesize specialist contributions into a cohesive strategy.
- Develop digital strategies including a roadmap for clients to follow in the next 6-24 months.
- Analyze data from varied sources to provide actionable, AI-driven insights.
- Collaborate with channel specialists, product owners, software engineers, and technology consultants.
Qualifications
- Data analytics skills and tech savviness.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an understanding of various business models.
- Strategic and forward-thinking background in a digital analyst role or strategy consulting.
- Client-focused and empathetic approach.
- Digital marketing experience in selected channels (e.g., SEO, SEA, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, Social Media).
- Creative problem-solving skills with a track record of innovative solutions.
- Strong skills in reporting and storytelling through presentations.
