Role Description
Für das Team suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n Stationsleitung Alterspsychiatrie 80-100%.
- Leitung und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams von 17 Mitarbeitenden
- Verantwortung für 20 Bewohnende
- Sicherstellung einer individuellen, hohen Pflege- und Betreuungsqualität
- Organisation und Durchführung von Gesprächen
- Administrative Aufgaben sowie aktive Mitarbeit als Tagesverantwortung in der Pflege
- Unterstützung bei der Realisierung der Unternehmensziele
- Begleitung und Unterstützung von Lernenden in der Alterspsychiatrie
Qualifications
- Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF oder gleichwertige, anerkannte Qualifikation
- Erfahrung in der Alterspsychiatrie
- Führungserfahrung, idealerweise mit Führungsausbildung (Unterstützung möglich)
- Selbstständige und organisierte Arbeitsweise
- Fähigkeit, auf die Anliegen von Bewohnenden, Angehörigen und Mitarbeitenden einzugehen
- Erfahrung mit easyDOK sowie BESA
