Role Description
Candidates will be a member of the Archer Defense and Advanced Programs organization and will be part of the team to incubate, market, capture, and execute (technical, cost, and schedule) advanced programs applied to our Archer Defense portfolio.
Qualifications
- 10-14 years experience in the aerospace or related field
- Minimum BS in engineering, computer science, physics, or math; MS or PhD desired
- Experience with numerous modeling and simulation environments, design, analysis, fabrication, and test
- Knowledge of domestic and international threat systems
- Experience leading and working across all engineering, manufacturing, and business disciplines
- Must be a US citizen and possess or have the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance
- Knowledge of RF, EOIR, acoustic, mission systems, sensors, communications, dynamic and propulsion (electric, hybrid, and gas turbine) systems, CAD, Python, MATLAB
Requirements
- Model Based Systems Engineering, SysML, DoDAF
- Experience with customers
