[Hiring] Data Systems Analyst @Royal Credit Union

Role Description

Become a Data Systems Analyst at Royal Credit Union! In this role, you’ll lead system enhancements, develop automated solutions, collaborate with business units and vendors, and ensure the reliability and performance of key banking applications.

What You’ll Do

• Develops, deploys, monitors, and controls automated batch job scheduling and related back-office processes, directing efforts of and collaborating with external vendors.
• Develop and follow documentation and procedures.
• Exercises considerable independent judgment to select proper courses of action.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or the Equivalent in Experience in a computer related field, analytical field.
• Three (3) years of relational database systems and/or technical systems experience.
• Demonstrated experience in testing and automating business requirements.
• Must be bondable.
• Strong technical expertise in SQL, relational databases, job scheduling platforms, scripting tools, and automated process management.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex system issues.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong written, verbal, interviewing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while continuously learning new technologies.

Requirements

• Have a working knowledge of financial services.
• Knowledge of SQL, Job Scheduler, Relational Databases, and Scripting.
• Experience with FISERV- DNA and Automic.
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time, working approximately 40 hours per week.
• Hours and shifts vary between standard business hours Monday through Friday.
• Fully Remote position.
• Occasional travel within Royal's geographic footprint for training and meetings (less than 20% travel).

Training

• New Royal team members must attend Foundation Training at our Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI.
• Training covers fundamental information about Royal’s culture and core values.
