[Hiring] Data Management Solution Consultant @Huron

Role Description

Join our team as the expert you are now and create your future. Our Digital Consulting Associate position offers a dynamic role where you will:

• Support the full implementation life cycle including planning, configuration, design, build, testing, training, go-live, and post-production support.
• Collaborate with other Huron and client team members.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Design, configure, and implement enterprise data management solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Architecture: Gather business and technical requirements, support the design of data management architectures, define master data domains and governance strategies.
• Configuration & Implementation: Configure data management platforms, develop data validation and cleansing rules, implement role-based access controls.
• Data Quality & Governance: Define and enforce data quality standards, implement data stewardship workflows, monitor and resolve data inconsistencies.
• Testing & Validation: Develop test plans, conduct unit, integration, and UAT testing, verify data accuracy and performance.
• Documentation & Training: Create solution documentation, provide training to business users, and maintain system documentation.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and vendors; support change management and adoption efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience in data management solution delivery.
• Strong technical writing skills.
• High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.

Requirements

• Business analysis experience, including requirement gathering and collaborative problem-solving.
• Master data experience across match approach and tuning, data modeling, and stewardship.
• Data integration experience including data mapping and process orchestration.
• Data quality and governance skills, including data profiling and cleansing.
• Testing and validation experience, including preparation and execution of UAT.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts.
• Travel required: 25%.

Benefits

• Estimated base salary: $105,000 - $130,000.
• Eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program.
• Total estimated compensation range: $120,750 - $149,500.
• Eligible for Huron’s benefit plans including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
