Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to help track, evaluate, and optimize over $1M in monthly media campaigns. You’ll analyze performance metrics, uncover key trends, and provide strategic insights to improve ROI across a wide range of traffic sources and platforms.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPA, CTR, and ROAS across campaigns on Facebook, Google, native ads, and other traffic channels.
- Analyze conversion funnels to identify bottlenecks and recommend optimization strategies.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
- Design and interpret A/B tests for creatives, landing pages, and targeting segments.
- Collaborate closely with media buyers to refine campaign strategies based on data insights.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within digital marketing, media buying, or e-commerce.
- Proficient with analytics and BI tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, etc., and with ad tracking platforms like Voluum or ClickMagick.
- Experience working with large datasets and performing statistical analysis.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Prior experience in the online dating or gaming industry is a plus, but not required.
