Role Description

This role involves leading the development of the global sales function for an innovative iGaming platform.

Qualify and convert leads across 70+ countries, leveraging effective channels within a limited budget
Interview prospective clients to assess trustworthiness, communication skills, and professionalism
Build trust through personality, transparency, and deep product knowledge, prioritizing the client’s long-term benefit
Establish and scale a remote, multilingual sales team, growing to 4 Sales Executives by the end of 2026
Design and iterate on the sales strategy, process, and tooling from zero
Adapt and improve the GTM approach in real time, across global regions and diverse cultures

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales or client-facing roles
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Solid lead generation skills across international markets
Demonstrated ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
High cultural intelligence and adaptability to work across diverse markets and regions
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a strong plus
Preference for candidates with higher education and the ability to connect with sophisticated clients
Comfortable recruiting and working in geo-arbitrageable regions

Requirements

Experience building and managing distributed sales teams (bonus points)
Background in iGaming, fintech, SaaS, or industries requiring client education (bonus points)
Strong self-management and ability to thrive with minimal supervision (bonus points)
