As the Business & Market Intelligence Manager, you will transform internal business data and external market intelligence into actionable insights that drive commercial performance, strategic decision-making, and profitable growth across North America. Reporting to the Business & Commercial Excellence Director, you will:

• Lead the development of business intelligence, commercial analytics, KPI governance, and market intelligence capabilities.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Pricing, Commercial IT, and global stakeholders.
• Develop scalable reporting solutions and deliver strategic recommendations.
• Identify growth opportunities and ensure commercial leaders have access to trusted insights.
• Improve sales effectiveness, customer value, profitability, and business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5-7+ years of experience in business intelligence, commercial analytics, market intelligence, sales operations, strategic planning, or a related analytical role within a B2B environment.
• Experience analyzing sales performance, profitability, pricing, customer performance, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
• Proven ability to develop KPI frameworks, dashboards, scorecards, and self-service reporting environments.
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills with experience supporting senior leaders.
• Advanced proficiency with Power BI, Excel, CRM platforms (such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics), and analytical tools.
• Experience driving projects, change management initiatives, and continuous improvement programs.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful business actions.
• Fluency in English; French language skills are considered an asset.
• Experience within agriculture, animal nutrition, food production, manufacturing, or related industries is considered an asset.
