Role Description

Paydex Technologies is seeking a 100% remote Business Intelligence Analyst based in the United States. In this data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence role, you will:

• Transform raw data into actionable insights.
• Build automated dashboards.
• Partner with department leads to drive data-informed business decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst, or analytics-focused role.
• Strong hands-on proficiency with SQL for querying, data manipulation, and joins.
• Proven experience building production-ready dashboards in BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
• Solid understanding of relational database structures, data modeling concepts, and spreadsheet analysis (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction or employer sponsorship.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
• Write optimized SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple relational databases.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, CX, Finance) to define KPIs, requirements, and metric definitions.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, operational bottlenecks, and strategic growth opportunities.
• Validate data accuracy, audit reporting pipelines, and ensure data integrity across company systems.
