Role Description

My client is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst with experience in:

• Power BI
• SQL
• Data integration
• Dashboard development
• Enterprise reporting
• Agile metrics using tools such as Rally, ServiceNow, and GitHub

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in data analysis or with other qualitative analysis or engineering disciplines such as researcher, data engineer, or BI analyst.
• Minimum six (6) months of that experience developing business intelligence reports.
• Possession of a bachelor's degree in an IT-related or Engineering field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience performing data integration and analytics, including collecting, validating, and consolidating data from multiple systems.
• Analyzing ambiguous datasets to identify trends and insights.
• Conducting statistical and variance analysis.
• Building or maintaining analytical data models.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience creating and maintaining interactive dashboards, charts, and visual reports using Power BI and Excel Power Pivot.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver accurate, complete, and timely executive and operational reporting aligned with defined requirements.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience developing enterprise performance metrics including defining metric logic, data standards, and validation routines.
• Producing Agile sprint, PI, and portfolio-level reporting by integrating data from tools such as Rally and ServiceNow.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience maintaining reporting logic, data dictionaries, and process documentation.
