Role Description

As a Business Analyst, you assist in the application of data driven insights to have an impact on business performance through business case development and business and industry trend analysis. You address conflicts between the goals and objectives of the stakeholders by understanding the nature of the problem and its underlying assumptions. You have the ability to research and effectively communicate business results and related findings to leadership by preparing presentations and identifying key takeaways.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze weekly supply reports for leadership.
• Translate complex data into clear insights, presentations, and recommendations.
• Support business performance analysis and ad hoc reporting requests.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic and program management initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, strategy and operations, or management consulting, with strong skills in data analysis, executive presentations and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate data-driven insights to senior leadership.
• Experience with dashboards, reporting, and data analysis.
• Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge, including reading queries.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Consulting or business strategy experience.
• Experience in transportation, mobility, or related industries.
• Familiarity with dashboarding tools and internal business systems.

Benefits

• Pay Rate: USD 60-80/hr on W2 (based on experience).
• 6 months contract (Extension possible).
• 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri: 8 hours/day.
