Role Description

The Business Analyst Payer Escalations is responsible for designing, producing, and analyzing data-driven reports to support business operations and special projects. This role involves utilizing various databases, information systems, and analytical tools to monitor, evaluate, and enhance business performance.

• Design and generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations for business operations.
• Analyze trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights.
• Maintain data integrity, accuracy, and consistency in reporting.
• Utilize SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other analytics tools to extract and manipulate data.
• Conduct statistical analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
• Translate complex data into concise, easy-to-understand reports for stakeholders.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and optimization of business information systems.
• Maintain data structures, queries, and reporting tools to support business needs.
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure data availability and system functionality.
• Document business processes, data sources, and reporting methodologies.
• Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for process improvement.
• Provide recommendations for enhancing data collection, storage, and analysis methods.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and IT to understand reporting needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level degree (Required).
• 3+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, data reporting, or analytics.
• Experience working with large datasets and multiple databases.
• Knowledge of business intelligence (BI) tools, SQL querying, and reporting software.
