Role Description

We are seeking detail-oriented and analytically strong Business Analysts – Educational Raters to support the evaluation and improvement of advanced AI systems. This role focuses on:

• Analyzing educational conversations
• Assessing AI-generated responses
• Validating information
• Creating high-quality feedback to improve the accuracy, relevance, and usefulness of AI models

Candidates should have strong research, critical-thinking, logical reasoning, and written communication skills, along with fluency in U.S. English. Recent graduates and individuals currently pursuing a degree are encouraged to apply.

Applicants must have an active, previously established Gemini App account containing genuine conversation history, particularly conversations related to education, learning, academic research, exam preparation, projects, or skill development. The account must not have been created solely for participation in this project.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree
• Strong fluency in U.S. English (en-US), including reading comprehension, grammar, and written communication
• An active, previously established Gemini App account with at least 18 months of conversation history
• At least 10 separate conversations related to education, learning, academics, exam preparation, research, projects, or skill development
• Ability to provide an exported JSON file containing the required conversation history for review
• Strong analytical, research, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to evaluate information critically and provide detailed, evidence-based explanations
• Good attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a remote environment

Requirements

• Maintain a genuine Gemini App account established before applying for the project
• Account must contain at least 18 months of conversation history and a minimum of 10 relevant educational conversations
• Submit an exported JSON file containing the required conversation history for eligibility review
• Remove personal information and individual chats from the exported JSON file before submission
• Creating a new account solely to participate in this project does not meet the stated eligibility requirements
• The submitted conversation history will be reviewed to verify eligibility before onboarding

Benefits

• Compensation of $30 per hour for approved project work
• One-time payment of $50 for submitting the required JSON conversation-history file if hired
• Contract engagement lasting 16 weeks
• Full-time availability required, including at least 4 hours of daily overlap with Pacific Standard Time (PST)
• No medical benefits or paid leave
