Role Description

Theoris Services is assisting our client in their search for a professional to support Large Load Addition Resource Study (LARS) processes. This individual will:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee LARS cycles.
• Coordinate with company staff and stakeholders, including Transmission Owners, Interconnection Customers, and neighboring entities, to address LARS process-related questions and issues in a timely manner.
• Work with team members to develop and implement process efficiencies.
• Ensure process compliance with the company’s Tariff and Business Practice Manuals.

Qualifications

• Previous energy industry experience
• Familiarity with ISO/RTO functions
• Experience with cross-functional teamwork
• Strong customer experience (CX) focus
• Effective communication skills
• Project management and engineering knowledge
• Strong time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with email, operating systems, and virtual conferencing platforms, including Webex, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom
