Role Description

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into ControllerView configurations.

• Support the design, implementation, and enhancement of AXIOM regulatory reporting solutions.
• Analyze and optimize data flows, transformations, and reporting processes.
• Perform data mapping, reconciliation, and data-quality validation.
• Support regulatory report generation and exception-management processes.
• Participate in business-process modeling and documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, risk, compliance, and technology teams.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and reporting standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and data quality.

Qualifications

• Proven commercial experience with AxiomSL experience as an Implementation Consultant, Configurator, Business Analyst, or in a related role.
• Experience implementing regulatory reporting solutions or delivering localized customizations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with data-analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with business-process modeling and documentation tools.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Intermediate Spanish proficiency is considered a plus.
• Hands-on experience with ControllerView.
• Knowledge of data models and metadata management.
• Experience developing rules and configuring workflows.
• Knowledge of data mapping and transformation.
• Understanding of data lineage and data-quality controls.
• Experience with reconciliation processes.
• Knowledge of regulatory report generation and exception management.
• Strong understanding of data-management concepts, including: SQL fundamentals, Database design, ETL processes, Data-quality management, Data reconciliation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• MBA or relevant certification, such as CBAP, is considered an asset.
