Role Description

Seeking for a BI Reporting & Automation Developer to develop and maintain enterprise reporting, dashboards, workflow automation, and data solutions. This role will focus on improving reporting visibility, automating manual processes, supporting data migration activities, and establishing reliable technical documentation and operational support practices.

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Develop scalable data models to support enterprise reporting and analytics.
• Create interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI and Qlik Sense/QlikView.
• Develop and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual business processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Configure and develop Microsoft SharePoint solutions to support business and reporting requirements.
• Support data migration activities, including data mapping, validation, transformation, and documentation.
• Develop and maintain technical specifications, data mappings, and data dictionaries.
• Document dashboard architecture, design, configurations, and dependencies.
• Maintain deployment procedures, refresh schedules, and troubleshooting documentation.
• Document known issues, limitations, access requirements, and ongoing maintenance procedures.
• Maintain comprehensive inventories of Power BI, Qlik, SharePoint, and Power Automate assets.
• Monitor and troubleshoot dashboard, workflow, refresh, and reporting issues.
• Create transition documentation and operational support materials.
• Conduct knowledge-transfer sessions for administrators, backup resources, and support personnel.
• Identify critical dependencies and ensure solutions are not dependent on a single resource.
• Establish sustainable administration, maintenance, and support practices to ensure operational continuity.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience with Microsoft Power BI.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft SharePoint.
• Advanced experience with Qlik Sense.
• Advanced knowledge of data modeling and reporting solutions.
• Strong experience developing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Experience documenting technical configurations, architecture, dependencies, and support procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to develop clear technical documentation for ongoing administration and maintenance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
